Adrianna and David are good friends and altogether awesome people. After David proposed, he reached out to me about photographing their Balboa Island engagement session.
They’re both creative, outgoing, and love having fun. So the amusement park area right by the pier created the perfect backdrop for their photos. Over the course of three outfits, we went from the park area to grabbing some lunch, strolling through Balboa Inn, and ending the afternoon with photos at the beach.
The best part about photographing a creative couple is being able to be creative yourself. My absolute favorite image is the last one below of them walking towards the ocean. Over the years of photographing engagement sessions, I always come back to that image as one of my all-time favorites!
